And every hour of every day I'm learning more
The more I learn, the less I know about before
The less I know, the more I want to look around
Digging deep for clues on higher ground

Sunday, November 16

I made a new friend, Helen last month. 2 weeks ago, when we met again at the World Animal Day fair in Fort Canning, she was happily chatting to me bout her 3 cats at home.
Last week, one of her cats, Ginger, went missing. She posted notices & email messages appealing for news & the return of Ginger. I posted a message on Friendster bout Ginger too.
A few days ago, I received news that Helen has found Ginger - but dead, covered with maggots a distance away from her house.
Today, I read....
"Helen, author of "99 Reasons Why Cats make Purrfect Pets" reveals how her Ginger dies.
Ginger was found dead with maggots and bloated. Only fur on its head, the rest of the body were defurred and there were scalding and burning marks. What a beast to have done that."

I....don't know what to say....
For those of us with pets, do do be careful with your pets. There are some really perverted sadists out there on Singapore streets.
